At AT&T, I was president of the Lubbock chapter of HACEMOS, the company's Hispanic and Latino employee network, then moved into a regional role as Vice President of Operations for the Southwest in 2025.

I founded IgnitivIO in 2024, 806 Connect in 2025, and 806 Growth in 2026, and created FreeMyGHL, Your AI Plug, and Ring North Pole along the way.

Community

I'm president of United Neighborhood Outreach, a faith-driven nonprofit in Lubbock serving West Texas families with hot meals, education, and practical resources.
